Track your Thaisei order from kitchen to doorstep.
Once you’ve ordered our natural food products, you’ll get order confirmation, dispatch update, and a live tracking link. Whether you ordered vathals from Then Maavatta Samayal or millet mixes online, your tracking ID keeps you updated until it arrives at your home in Tamil Nadu or beyond.
How can I check my order status?
Login to your account and go to “My Orders” or click on the tracking link sent to your email/SMS after shipping.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If not found, contact us with your phone number used during checkout.
What does “Processing” status mean?
It means your order is received and being prepared in our kitchen before shipping.
My tracking link isn’t working. What now?
Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate. If the issue persists, contact our support.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us quickly via WhatsApp or email to request cancellation.
I entered the wrong address. Can it be fixed?
If your order isn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
We’re sorry! Send us photos and order ID within 24 hours. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
My order is delayed. When will it arrive?
Sometimes courier delays happen due to region or weather. You can track the status or reach us for help.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. But having an account helps you track orders, reorder faster, and save addresses.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
We currently can’t guarantee specific delivery dates, but we try to accommodate urgent or gift orders if informed in advance.
