Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we ship pan-India, so you can buy our traditional masalas, podis, vathals, and herbal oils online from anywhere in the country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer express or one-day delivery?

Currently, we offer standard shipping, but express delivery may be available on request for select PIN codes.

 

How much is the shipping charge?

We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (e.g., ₹999). For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee applies, shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Who are your delivery partners?

We work with trusted courier partners like ST, Professional, Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Mostly we are not providing COD but Yes, which is available for select locations with a small additional charge.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update the address before dispatch.

Will I get delivery updates?

Yes. You will receive updates at each stage. order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we serve only within India. International shipping for Thaisei Naturals is in the works. stay tuned!
